Synovial C-reactive protein (CRP), white blood cell (WBC) count, and polymorphonuclear percentage values were similar between PJI following total hip arthroplasty (THA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Therefore, the use of differential values for hip and knee PJI is not recommended.
