Abstract
Over the past 2 years, working with cancer patients amid the COVID-19 pandemic has created the necessity to review ways of working to deliver patient-centred care for people on their colorectal cancer journey. One area for development was improving the type and quality of information given to patients at each stage of their journey. With collaboration from patients, a group of colorectal nurse specialists embarked of a process to improve the quality of information by proving a pathway that offered a multimedia approach.
